I have been taking bioidentical hormones, estrdiol, testosterone, progesterone, and nature-throid. I have seen my weight climb steadily for the last few months. Trying to balance hormones, watch calories, and gain control.
143.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
