This has been a tough week for me, was not able to go to the gym or take my usual 2-6 mile walks. Will do better this week as I am gradually getting back to my routine. Now if it would just cool down some my dogs would be happy to walk, you would think that walking at 6:30 am would do it. lol Have a great week everyone. :)
