Finally broke the 190 barrier. Got into an old tshirt and some yoga pants this past weekend and was amazed that I could already see a difference. Gave my body a rest, but cleaned the apartment. I was a little more lax on diet, but still was conscience of what I was eating. We are back to BodyPump and RPM Monday-Thursday. Friday I will finally implement a core dvd when I get home from work around noon with a rest day Saturday and yoga on Sunday. Starting Wednesday my husband will be on off days for a week so he will meet me for body pump and RPM.

Also I can't forget to WATER, WATER, WATER!
