On holiday for a week from tomorrow, so diet out the window but I'll try to stay on track. On the plus side plenty of country houses to visit in Norfolk.

Enjoy! It is possible to stay on plan... all choices. I stayed on and plan to stay on at the convention in September. We will be taking a lot of our own food.
