Good Morning my Buddies! Yesterday had a birthday party for two of my grandsons at which my beloved bake the most delicious cakes. I had a very small piece because I know just how good they are :-) didn't effect my blood sugars at all! In my previous life I would have had a large piece with lots of ice cream and still not been satisfied. This time I had a sliver of a piece (maybe 1/2" thick) and about a tablespoon of ice cream and i was completely satisfied.
