thanks to vacation indulgence and a wedding reception , I gained a little over a #, no worries tho, still in target range, and was ohh so worth it!!! back to watching diet more this week!!
128.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
