Hello hello! Ok... so.. went up by 0.5 lbs this morning...
I was told 1 thing by my boyfriend yesterday and it made a lot of sense, so I will do it. He said if I put myself on a strict diet I will lose weight but also the curves of my body and the shape... instead I should be careful of what I eat but at the same time exercise to tone my body and get a nicer shape. Agreed, sounds awesome!
So, yesterday... I left work after being in for 2hrs, my eye was very red, itchy and dry... I went to see a doc who explained some things to me, he was awesome... and I do need to wait 3 more weeks until my appointment with the eye specialist!

So, I stayed ''home'' didn't bother returning to work. It was one of those days that you call the last breath of summer... so I went out with my bf... we were walking a lot yesterday...probably over 3 hrs... but for my own safety I recorded 2h30... Then when we got back home later after our second walk... I exercised for 30mins! I was very tired and not too motivated, but I do see my ass losing its shape as well as my stomach growing back... and no no... that will NOT happen! So before I let myself go, I am stopping it and re-starting the exercise, at least 3x a week for now! So far so good!

I just had a soup for lunch and today the day will be better calorie wise than yesterday!

your BF makes a lot of sense. Not to cross a line here, but you definitely don't want to lose those curves! What's the use of getting skinny if you lose that which makes you sexy? (minus the personality of course!) Me on the other hand, I need to lose anything and everything I can! Have a great day!

I agree about the toning. I'm on the 6 Week Body Makeover plan and one of the things it brings out... which is ingenious to me... is that each exercise you do has a certain effect on your body. Running is great for burning the food you just ate. Speed walking is great for burning the fat that's been insulating the muscles for who knows how long. That's why I haven't even bothered with too much cardio yet because I need to fix the mess I made in the past. Depending on the type of look you want, you may want to be choosy in your toning exercises. Full extentions, like bicep curls for example, make the muscle bulky or rounded. Short extentions will do the opposite. It will create long, lean muscle. So if you want a rounded backside, I recommend the full extention leg curls at the gym. Hope this helps!!

jcnanny70, I def. do not want to be skinny... I starve for a sexy and curvacious body... not fat, not thin, but just the hot one! And I know... since I lost all that weight ...dropping from 183 lbs to 141 lbs... was not easy, but I DID it... I can now just exercise regularly and here I come... :P I mean, it feels great and I am full of confidence!

KittyBear85, thanks for your tips... I know exactly what I have to do in order to look the way I want to look! It's good when we know... in that way we can do it better! Thanks a lot for all the info, it helps to know that! On my way to sucess!!
