First (working) week on Atkins-ish diet complete. Feeling ok. Had a small bout of Atkins flu. Need to get those carbs down to under 20g, or stick with it and pretend I'm on phase 2.
Don't have any cravings for sweet stuff. Would love some, but don't feel like I need it. Surprised I've lost any weight as I feel huge. Drinking gallons but not got the mental clarity I saw on the "reasons to do Atkins" list.
