So frustrated! Doing very well with my eating, but no results in over a week! Work/ life are stressful, so I am very much lacking the time/emotional energy to exercise more or eat less.

I'm sorry you're feeling frustrated. I can relate to that... I'm guessing you are trying to lose weight? Your daily intake seems to me dangerously low! That can contribute to your energy levels significantly. Considering your body weight, your body maybe trying to store that little bit that it gets... With such low calorie intake metabolism slows down a lot...

Did you try switching to LCHF? You might have a carbs processing problem.
