So disgusted with myself. I can't seem to keep control lately. I have hit a wall. So in order to jump start the diet, I have upped my exercise program with yoga 3x a week added in. With the heat outside, my walks have twindled down. I hope to be back on track soon.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
