Gained 1/2 pound by fasting????

Hi there, how long were you fasting? I'm thinking you drank a lot of water while fasting; keep in mind water has weight too; a pint of water weighs one pound. Don't get discouraged! Keep it up! Consistency is key!!!

Our bodies hold on to water weight for many reasons. Even when you fast, you can show a gain for different reasons. If your calories are low, then you know it's your body holding water for some reason. It will go back down.
