ok, sooooo i've been off my schedule for what seems like a month or more, but i am really inclined to make an effort this time. So. My starting weight approximately 70-71 kilos and i want to lose five by the end of August. So.......

I had ceased working out for a while but i hope that from tomorrow i ll go up on that horse again!!!

So wish me luck i guess.... And... LET'S GO.

I m opting for simple rules

MORE EXERCISE!!!

NO REFINED CARBS
LESS CARBS
LESS FATS - ESPECIALLY TRANS

MORE PROTEIN
MORE FIBRE

MORE WATER
MORE TEA

CHEERS
156.5 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
