started ww on my own yesterday, Aug 29. Also started walking 1/2 hour every day. Need to get cholesterol down and figured I might as well work on the eating at the same time. Have to cut out the nightly martini - although WW counts gin as, I think, 2 points. I can afford the 2 points but think it would be better to at least start this without alcohol or keep it to weekends. Drinking ice water with lemon at dinner, instead.
