This is the first day of the entire diet that I forgot to weigh in first thing in the morning, and I've drunk a loooooooot of water and coffee throughout the day so while this looks like a huge weight gain it's really nothing but water weight and will be mostly gone as early as tomorrow morning

I weigh first thing in the morning....after I've peed and stripped my clothes off. Gotta naked! lol I weigh every 3 days unless there's no change on the 3rd day from the last weigh in, I'll weigh ever day until there is a change (as in LESS lbs).
