Sorta got the boyfriend on track with eating supper earlier when we eat together and going for walks and bike rides in the evening. That in itself is a victory I think being that my numbers only started going up when we got together.
168.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
