After spinning
183.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1445 kcal Fat: 67.15g | Prot: 52.01g | Carb: 171.59g.   Breakfast: Almonds, Dry Roasted Sunflower Seeds (with Salt Added), Sugar, Land O'Lakes Mini Moos Half & Half Creamers, Quaker 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal. Lunch: O Organics Cranberry Nut Trail Mix, Baby Carrots, Raley's Lite Soft Cream Cheese, Wegmans 100% Whole Wheat Whole Grain Bread, Seven-Layer Salad (Lettuce Salad Made with A Combination Of Onion, Celery, Green Pepper, Peas, Mayonnaise, Cheese, Eggs and/or Bacon). Dinner: Popsicle Creamsicle, Pizza Hut 14" Large Veggie Lover's Stuffed Crust Pizza. Snacks/Other: Macaroni or Pasta Salad with Tuna, Hoody's Peanuts Roasted in the Shell. more...
