I made the 4th of July my only cheat day for the month because America, that's why.
No, but seriously, I set myself back about 2.4 pounds and probably a few days of progress, but the red velvet donut was totally worth it. Anybody else do this? Or am I the only one who gobbled everything they could see in the name of patriotism?
