Good afternoon and Happy Monday!
It was tough to come back to work after several days off last week. I had a lot planned, but got sidetracked by a medical issue. Wednesday night, I noticed a dark spot on my upper arm, which I thought was a tick, and it even looked like a tick with a magnifying mirror. I was unable to remove it so finally realized it was a mole. I have several so am surprised I even noticed this one. I went to my GP, as the dermatologist was booked solid until August. She said 'I don't think it's melanoma, but looks enough like one to make me want to remove it'..WTH does that mean??? If it looks like one, why does she think it's not?? :/ Anyway, she shaved it off, and it was extremely superficial, so now just waiting for pathology.
I'm sure I'll lose some more weight due to this since I don't eat much when stressed.
I am still doing sooo good with my water! I'll get back to regular exercise as soon as my arm heals.
