Day 12. 1.5 mile walk completed. Oatmeal and a banana for breakfast. Going for a bike ride today on my day off. Then chores , NASCAR and soccer. Grilling vegetable kabobs today infused with boneless skinless chicken thighs. I was quite aware of what I ate last night. I practiced portion control pretty well. No diet soda only bottled water. I also spent 4 hours on my feet walking and talking at the 4th of July celebration I worked in 100 degree heat. I figure I burned off most of the dinner calories. Eye on the prize in 47 days and 354 days.
