well yesterday Thomas and I signed a 1 year contract membership to a 24hour fitness gym. So i an officially as of today on the ban wagon to loosing this 80lbs that needs to be gone hopefully I can find a buddy to help me I can't depend on my husband to encouragement. So you guys help my to help you to help them to help me. need you to whip me int o self motivation. help motivate me please.
