Strange how life goes along smoothly until you try to make a positive change. Then things start bumping out all over. That was my experience yesterday, the first day of my eating plan. The bad news is I was up half the night due to two major bumps. The good news is that I stayed on plan.

Diet Calendar Entry for 03 July 2015:
2389 kcal Fat: 189.79g | Prot: 137.43g | Carb: 31.80g.   Breakfast: Pace Mild Picante Sauce, Kroger Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Nature's Place Uncured Bacon, Butter, Egg Yolk, Egg White. Lunch: Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Cheddar Cheese, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Bacon, Hormel Pulled Pork, Claussen Dill Pickle Spears, Butter, Cooked Asparagus (Fat Added in Cooking). Dinner: Almonds, Bakers & Chefs Natural Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Eckrich Smoked Sausage made with Pork, Turkey, Beef, Cooked Green String Beans (from Frozen). Snacks/Other: Water, Water, Water, Water, Water, Water. more...
