Today is day 6 of the Atkins program for me, it's been a little slow but any weight lost is better than none. Haven't been getting much sleep since the kids aren't sleeping well so I don't have lots of energy, but staying on track with my food and carbs is at least helping me not gain any. I have found that I'm barely hungry at all anymore which is kinda weird. I just hope I can still get enough of the carbs and stuff into my diet, at least I have always been a salad eater :)

Counting carbs has always been a heard thing for me, so more props to you! Whenever I can't sleep even if I'm tired, I go for a walk, it always seems to help, even if it's just 10 minutes or so. Cheers, Lily

I can't really go out for a walk at night since I'm a single mom with 2 very young children, it's usually an up and down thing cuz the baby loses his binky or my 4 year old is crying from night terrors or something. Some nights aren't too terrible though
