Good morning everyone:) I am doing wonderful and I hope everyone else is doing the same. I looked in the mirror this morning and finally noticed my weight loss after 30 pounds. I have a neck! LOL. Everyone has their hurdles to get over and my advice is DON'T GIVE UP! Keep trying no matter what and in time you will see results. Have a great day everyone:)

I'm still at this stage in my brain where I look in the mirror and see the fat lady..however I can see my weightless in my pics... The Dr said this is normal for me. Keep up the good work!!
