Hey Tracy why don't you just weigh in once a week, your weight can sometimes fluctuate by a couple of pounds from one day to the next and also time of the month etc, if you weigh in daily and it goes up you may be more likely to get cross and have a binge or think about restricting your calories the next day?

when i say restricting calories the next day i mean you may do that to compensate for a gain which could again make you feel down and more likely to stray of your plan.
