Didn't get a lot done in the way of working out today. I want to blame it on the front rolling through causing my knees to ache and hurt in a horrid way, but honestly I think it is just because I didn't really feel like it. I managed about 35 on the recumbent bike then five lousy minutes on the treadmill before I wussed out and left, not anywhere as good as my normal hour. Tomorrow is a new day!
