Been traveling for the past two weeks and will be again in another week for work. I need to get some exercising in or this weight gain is going to continue.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

it's hard traveling and trying to lose. If the hotel has a pool or gym, you might be able to get 30 minutes of swim or workout in. Walking is always good, just be careful depending on the neighborhood. If you have a laptop with a cd player, you can bring a workout dvd and some light hand weights to a get in a workout. There are also sites now where you can get workouts online. Youtube might have some too.
