Wow almost Canada day and I'm 163lbs. Whoop. Whoop. By Xmas would like to be 145. We will see. 😙🌷❤️😀
163.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
