The water worked :)
192.5 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yaay! Well done honey! Water does help so much :0) .. i am trying not to drink wine at all this week ....such a shame it doesn't work like water!!
