I don't know what I did differently but the scale decided to move again!
180.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week

Sometimes all you need is consistency. Our bodies may hold on to fat or water and then it go, lol! Yea you!
