I weighed in with Angel today, and I think she wanted to kick my butt. The scale says I'm 184.8 pounds! Ugh. But when she measured me, I had lost 1.5 inches around my waist, an inch off my thighs, half an inch off my arms, and an inch off my hips. How do you figure? I would say I gained muscle, but my body fat percentage hadn't changed. So... GAS? WATER GAIN???

I've been puzzled by it. I'm disappointed. I've worked out six days a week, but I think it's what I've been eating. I haven't been eating as much fish, fruit and vegetables this summer, and I think that's where my troubles lie. *sigh*

Oh well. What can I do, except try to eat better stuff? I hope I'm not hanging myself, but she asked me to write down my goal for when I weigh in September. I boldly wrote down, "I WILL LOSE 3 POUNDS BY NEXT WEIGH-IN." I didn't work out afterwards, so she called me "SLACKER!!!" as I walked away LOL

Well if you have lost inches than you have lost some fat. Those body fat percentage things aren't always that accurate. But losing weight is about 80% diet, so eating the right foods to help you lose the fat is important.
