Weekends always tough. My history was always strict M-F, then blow it on the weekend; that kept my weight stable. In time when it crept up I finally came to realize I need to eat cleanly all the time and when I want something sweet or extra, I need to budget it in. Still, hard to do but trying my very best. Out of town for business all week so I packed every meal. Wish me luck!
