I lost 2 lbs from yesterday. I didn't eat a whole lot yesterday, but I really wanted to get back on track. I feel good, with energy and my thinking is clear, I'm not in the fog I was the day before yesterday. I also took that compass test yesterday too-I'm glad for the clear thinking! I scored pretty good!
