Wed. 7/27/11 - 3rd day on Medifast and I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised! The first day was completely miserable, second day better, and today is a piece of cake! I've lost 4 lbs. since the Saturday, 7/23/11, weigh in (197.4 lbs.) when I began transitioning into the program over the weekend. On Monday, 7/25/11, I weighed in at 195.4 and began the program fully. I've lost 2 lbs. in two days! Although I don't see the difference in the mirror, I feel it on the inside; sort of like my body/organs/system is being given a break and it feels wonderful. I don't know if I ever really want to get off of this diet completely the way I feel at the moment!
