Just going to try and get back on track. My weight had been pretty stable at around 260. Then I changed my diet to be more healthy, not m necessarily to lose weight. My new diet was more Mediterranean - fruit, nuts, vegetables, lean meat. I gained 30 pounds! So I'm back learning to count calories again.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 June 2015:
2045 kcal Fat: 103.74g | Prot: 121.36g | Carb: 164.12g.   Breakfast: Great Value Mixed Nuts, Grapes (American Type, Slip Skin). Lunch: Woeber's Horseradish Sauce, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Boar's Head Virginia Brand Ham, Country Hearth Kids' Choice Whole Grain White Bread. Dinner: Lay's Wavy Original Potato Chips, Back Yard Burgers 1/3 lb. It may be that you are insulin sensitive and cannot handle all the carbohydrates. You may want to consider a low carbohydrate plan - I had a similar situation and once I changed my food, i started losing again.
