this is great.I am eating normally,no crazy fad portions.just eating the healthy things I like.market day yesterday was great.Got lots of greens, bag of fresh prawns,pineapples,sweet potato, a huge bunch of parsley.i will make something very healthy with that.maybe an eggplant salad.I will also buy smoked salmon next time from the markets.. 50%cheaper than the supermarket...make beautiful salad with that... yum slurp :)
