First day of recording food. Scared . I have been going to Jenny Craig for years, and follow it perfectly from Monday morning til Friday night, when I eat whatever I want until Monday. With this plan, I lost a little (1/2 pound a week). My 50th birthday is in 10 weeks and I want to lose 10 pounds. My JC counselor suggested this app and to record every bite. Im afraid of what she will say when she reads today. For me, it was a great day (only one piece of bread at dinner; no pasta; only one glass of wine, only half the dessert at lunch). My fear is that she will see: why the extra dessert? why did you have wine when you had extra dessert? why did you have bread and corn? What will I sacrifice, to reach my goal? I cant have it both ways, but I was proud that I had JC for breakfast and lunch on a Saturday. Quick question: does anyone know how to override the RDI? I am on a 1200 calorie diet but it says I should be higher based on height, weight, age, etc. My Dr. has me on 1200 and I am comfortable with it, but even when I change things in my bio, the lowest I can get it is 1300. Any ideas Thank you
