It's all gone wrong lol shocking last few weeks :( going to need a couple of good ones to make up for this no booze until the stag do on the 4th of July.

need to get back to under 260
263.0 lb Lost so far: 118.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
