I feel so disappointed. I knew it wasn't going to be good, but I didn't expect to gain. Too much "cheating"...
266.9 lb Lost so far: 83.1 lb.    Still to go: 76.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hmmmm, it seems we are ALL in the boat together. Rowing and baling is great exercise! I am 6 pounds from an interim goal....I WILL NOT SABOTAGE MYSELF AGAIN! Let's both look forward to reaching our goals and remaining accountable for what we put in our mouth. Thanks for sharing, it helps to know others are conquering 'issues'.
