Weighed myself again today and I gained another lb! WTF?! I'm not going in the right direction. I'm not sure if I'm gaining muscle or fat! Ugggh #frustrated

First, google "why the scale lies" for some insight in to water weight gain from exercise. Sore muscles can cause your muscles to retain water to help them heal which can show on the scale as a temporary gain. Are your clothes getting more loose? sometimes we lose the fat, but don't see it on the scale right away especially with weight training. Think about what your goals are. Do you want to lose fat and gain muscle? do you just want to lose weight? What are you eating? Are you getting plenty of protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Are you staying hydrated? Once you define what your goals are, do research about nutrition and exercise that will hep you get to your goal. Lot's of great guy fitness magazines out there that can help. Good luck!
