I gave up on losing the last 15 pounds but instead hoped just to maintain, but am not doing that either. I weighed 170 last November but now weigh 177, a gain of 7 pounds. I should have taken it off when it was 2 or 3 instead of putting it off -- now it is 7.

I went up and down like that for a long time. You can do this :) I let myself get up to 190 when I finally said "No more." I am sending good thoughts your way :)

Thank you. I am now trying to eat healthy. I read "Reversing Diabetes" by Dr. Don Colbert and am now reading "The Maker's Diet." They both preach basically the same thing. I had actually gained above the 177 quoted above; now at 184, but down from 188. When I started on the Waist Reduction Diet (Dr. Colbert), I lost 5 pounds the first week; then leveled off. Just now on Yahoo, I read about Raspberry Ketone (a supplement that makes weight "fall" off. But, it is not available since it became so popular that all the stores are sold out! I am wondering why I can't just eat raspberries. Any thoughts? P.S. I do not have diabetes but my brother was diagnosed at about age 65. He is dead now but not from the diabetes. Dr. Colbert says we all need to lose our "belly fat." There is nothing I would like more; just really hard to do. How is your weight doing?
