I am 84 years old. My hubby and I live in a senior living place in Mission Ks. I have fought the weight problem since I was 16. The fat is winning right now; I need to lose at least 20 lbs.

Weigh Ins
I am another scale addict. I weigh three or four times a day. I record my morning weight and my last weight of the day. I thought it would help motivate me but I think it is having the opposite effect. Maybe I should have my hubby hide the scale.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh every day too. The scale is sitting there in the bathroom; I can't resist getting on it. I try not to let it upset me if it fluctuates a little. If it goes up more than two pounds, I know I am in trouble.

HOW MANY SQUATS................
At present, I am not exercising but plan to walk outdoors as soon as we get some cooler weather. We have had 3-4 weeks of near 100 or over 100 temps so not a good idea, since I am 77. I do have a treadmill, a stationary bike and a rowing machine in my basement so will start doing something soon.
