I have been stalled at 170 for about three weeks. Actually at the beginning of October I weighed 172.5, so have only lost 2.5 pounds in six weeks. Dont know whether I need to just let it ride or try to lose more. My original goal was to lose my tummy roll and I still have some of it. I have lost four inches off my waist and 4 inches off my abdomen and my clothes fit beautifully. I am wearing some clothes that I have not fit into for probably five years. Maybe I should just stop dieting and try to maintain what I have achieved.
