Didn't lose the 4lbs goal this week :( but thats probably because TOM crept up on me the day before weigh in bleh :(

gym's off this week mostly for that reason i just don't feel comfortable doing it during that time. might go jogging in the park though because the weather is beautiful.

Not to worry, after all - next week is another week (didn't Scarlett O'Hara say something like that?)! Do enjoy a nice jog or walk in the park - those beautiful weather days are great for lifting the effects of TOM.

A jog in the park sounds wonderful! TOM sucks, I know how you feel. But at least you can throw a mini "yay for not being pregnant" party :) That's how I always try to look at it!

Also, F those 4 pounds! The most important thing is: how are you feeling? Are you feeling healthier? More active? That's what counts, dear! :o) No worries about the number!

Tom eh. Mine is DOT! I can totally relate. Exercising at home this week for sure. Awww enjoy the park. It sounds nice. =)
