Really worked on it, mostly fruit and veggies lots of water only 1 diet Pepsi a day maybe today NO Pepsi .
I had a piece or two of chocolate every day. I gotta do this.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
