well. got more work to do!
228.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

As we ALL do!!! :) Since we are "new" Buddies I will share this with you...most of my established Buddies have already heard it...lol...There are THREE possible results when we weigh-in...AND TWO of them are POSITIVE....FARMERS FIGHT!!!!
