I left for a month now I am back, my health starting to be effected by my weight. I have been to the gym a few time in the last month. I have to start a routine. I been in a stoop not wanting to do much the last few weeks I feel like staying in bed and not moving at all in the daytime. I have to kick my butt and get off of it. Staring tomorrow I am getting up early and going to the gym before I do anything else. I'll be back tomorrow to tell you how it goes.

Take steps each day to help yourself feel better. It is a process.

Have you had your thyroid checked? Your symptoms sound like it's low. Mine slowed down more last winter and had to adjust my meds.

I know exactly how you feel! I was always skipping out on my training appointments. One excuse after the other. Then one day, I weighed in to find that my weight had climbed. I panicked and went home. Two days later, I came back to the gym with an UP wristband, a smile, and a whole new and determined attitude. Not only that, but I asked a guy out to go for a walk with me. That was just over two months ago and we have been walking together since! These walks have given us a great opportunity to get to know each other. In these two months, I have lost about thirteen pounds! You can do this too!
