Had a good day yesterday went to the gym for a hour. Then came home to clean. The weather was awful so I took a nap so I wouldn't snack. While here starts another day plan a going to gym to start day.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 119.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
