Alright so now we know not to do a cheat meal...like ever. Omg. My stomach couldn't get that food out quick enough. It was like "Um no. Eject!". I feel horrible. I used to eat that crap all the time. I've done being at or under (mostly under) 20 net carbs for the past week-week and a half and yeah...just ugh.
