Well I cant remember who asked but my current fat bombs are these. They are pretty simple and make 24 servings in my silicone tray I bought on Amazon.
The original recipe uses 4TB of coconut oil, 4TB of butter, and 4TB of Peanut butter. Sometimes I stick a whole almond in the top of each one to look fancy.

6 TB Butter( I use natures balance vegan butter sticks)
6 TB Peanut Butter
3 TB Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3 TB swerve sweetener

I'll stick with the quad shot espresso bulletproof coffee thanks. Peanut butter would make me ... die. Better to avoid it.

Mine are simple and only 2 ingredients (not vegan) made with 2 cups of heavy cream, your choice of sugar free pudding whip the cream still stiff add pudding mix, dollop 2 tbsp at a time onto cookie sheet covered in wax paper then freeze them. you could use regular jello if you want a sort of creamscicle, or make /use pureed fruit with no added sugar or use your favorite sugar-free or no sugar added jams or preserves. I have tried using instant coffee as well but always need some sweetener IMO. But these are great lil fat bombs to cool off with on a hot summer day. I have put them into small bowls/ramekins but it does not soften the same as ice cream so make sure they are sturdy if you want to take them from the freezer and just eat. We broke some cheaper glad wear types when trying the bowl method.

Pterath that sounds delish. I could do orange jello and a cream cheese sub to make a dreamsicle flavored. Fab idea thanks.
