I finally got everything to test for ketosis....the current reading is 0.4...to be in ketosis it needs to be 0.5 to 6.5....then the weight falls like a brick.....I will start doing the Leslie walking tape 2X per day......morning and afternoon at 3:30....I feel good...satisfied....sipped on my bulletproof coffee until noon.....
